Context
We collaborated with BlaBlaCar for the redesign of their career site.
BlaBlaCar is looking to recruit the best talents to develop its platform, with increasingly ambitious recruitment targets, it became necessary for them to improve their brand image as an employer through an adapted platform.
We have worked from the mock-ups provided to develop a new career site
Solution
To meet BlaBlaCar's needs, we implemented several features on their new career site:
- Redesign of editorial content to promote Blablacar as a company and as an employer
- Development of an automatic connection to third-party tools to offer dynamic content, such as current job offers (source: Lever) and blog posts (Medium)
- SEO optimization to increase the visibility of the career site to potential candidates.
These various improvements will allow BlaBlaCar to attract the best talent by offering an optimized application experience.
