CXB HUB is a specialist in customer and employee satisfaction that helps companies develop their performance.

Context

CXB HUB's objective was to develop an innovative tool for their corporate clients to perform a large-scale strategic diagnosis.

To achieve this goal, they sought to provide a digital application for their corporate clients to use their methodology effectively and on a large scale.

Solution

We developed for our client a fully customized application on Bubble allowing to deliver to the companies an automated roadmap reducing by 3 to 8 times the time and 2 to 3 times the investment to be spent.

This application allows you to take stock of your company's CX strategy and to manage the actions to be implemented.
