No special conditions or other documents issued by the Customer may take precedence over these GCS, unless expressly agreed in writing by the Service Provider.
Any waivers expressly accepted by Alegria Tech are valid only for the Order to which they relate and may not be extended to other future operations.
The fact that AlegriaTech does not avail itself at a given time of any of the provisions of these GCS shall not be construed as a waiver of its right to do so at a later date.

This professional training program leads to a qualification registered at bac+3 level, delivered within the framework of Alegria.academy. The curriculum includes an initial training phase, followed by a work-study period in a company.
Admission to the Long-Term Training program is based on a selection process involving a letter of motivation and a portfolio, followed by contact with companies offering work-study programs. Enrolment is possible all year round via the website, subject to availability of places and the start date calendar.
Long-term training takes place either face-to-face or remotely, depending on the teaching sequence.
Continuous assessment leads to interim certificates. The diploma is awarded subject to successful completion of the assessments and the work-study program.
The search for and selection of the host company are the responsibility of the Participant, although AlegriaTech may offer introductions. Such referrals do not in themselves entail the conclusion of a contract with the host company.
The conclusion of a work-study contract is a direct agreement between the Participant and the company (conditions, remuneration, timetable).
Online courses are run at the customer's own pace. They are carried out 100% remotely and combine different modules which are completed at the customer's own pace.
Access to the online course is via a dedicated Platform, access to which is indicated on the training sheet. Periodic updates may be added by AlegriaTech throughout the course.
A certificate of attendance is issued on condition of regular attendance and successful completion of scheduled assessments.
Short events (masterclasses, webinars, challenges) are brief, live or on-demand sessions focused on a theme such as AI, automation or NoCode, and can include guided exercises.
Dates and times are listed on the event page, access is via a login link, and a replay can be provided where specified.
These formats do not lead to certification or a diploma. However, a certificate of participation may be issued if indicated on the event sheet.
Each training sheet details the essential elements: objectives, program, format (asynchronous or live), pedagogical and technical prerequisites, access time for e-learning, dates and times for short events, support methods and price including VAT. It also specifies any special conditions (financing, alternating courses, issue of a certificate or diploma).
Training sessions may be held throughout the year. Some Training Sessions are subject to a minimum and/or maximum number of participants; if the minimum is not reached, AlegriaTech may postpone or cancel the session in accordance with the "Postponement/Cancellation" article of these GTC. Places are allocated in order of confirmed registration.
In order to improve the learning experience and take account of technological developments, in particular AI, automation and NoCode, AlegriaTech may adapt the content, media and support methods (pedagogy, cases, tools), without altering the substance or the stated objectives.
Updates are made within the access time of each course. Public pages describe the training offer and its updates.
Digital teaching aids and certificates are supplied in accordance with the conditions specified in the course sheet or invitation to attend. The diploma or qualification is issued only for the courses that provide for it, and subject to successful completion of the assessments and compliance with the requirements of the reference framework (in particular, work-study for long courses).
Training prices are indicated on the Site.
The purchase of an Order on the Site implies knowledge and irrevocable and unreserved acceptance of the GCS.
The Customer may modify his Order and correct any errors before accepting it.
After accessing the Order summary, the Customer confirms acceptance of the Order by ticking the box to validate the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale, and then clicking on the Order validation icon. The words "order subject to payment" or any other similar unambiguous wording will appear next to the Order validation icon to ensure that the Customer explicitly acknowledges his/her payment obligation.
Upon acceptance of these GCS and validation of the Order, and subject to Alegria Tech sending an Order confirmation email to the Customer, the Contract is validly concluded between Alegria Tech and the Customer and irrevocably binds them.
Subject to the right of withdrawal, Orders placed by the Customer are therefore firm and irrevocable, and are subject to the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Any fraudulent Order or Order presumed to be fraudulent shall be deemed null and void by Alegria Tech.
Alegria Tech reserves the right to cancel or refuse any Order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute concerning the payment of a previous Order.

Legal exceptions (short quotations, uses authorized by law) remain applicable.

Online access may be temporarily interrupted for planned maintenance or to respond to an incident. Alegria Tech endeavours to limit the duration of interruptions and to inform the Customer whenever reasonably possible. Updates (including security updates) may be deployed during the period of access, without altering the substance of the pedagogical objectives.
Subject to the imperative rights of the consumer, the total liability of the Service Provider, all causes and all damages combined, will be limited to the amount (including tax) actually paid by the Customer as a professional for the Training concerned.
Indirect or unforeseeable damages within the meaning of article 1231-3 of the French Civil Code (such as loss of business opportunity not directly linked to contractual non-performance, loss of image, loss of data where the Customer has not implemented reasonable safeguards of its own) are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
In the event of an unforeseeable, irresistible and external event making performance impossible (e.g. major breakdown of an infrastructure provider, natural disaster, general administrative decision), obligations are suspended for the duration of the event, then resume as soon as it ceases.
In the event of difficulty, the customer may contact the support department for diagnosis and remedy. Failing amicable resolution, the customer may have recourse to consumer mediation as provided for in these GTC, without prejudice to any other legal recourse.

It is understood that force majeure cannot be invoked for late payment or non-payment by the Customer.
If any provision of these GTC or its application to any person or circumstance is held to be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining provisions or applications of these GTC, which shall remain in full force and effect, irrespective of the provision held to be invalid. To this end, the provisions of these GTC are declared autonomous.
All notifications must be made in writing and either delivered personally, sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, or made by extra-judicial document to the address indicated in the Order.
The Service Provider may decide to assign or transfer the rights or obligations conferred on it by these GTC, provided that the Customer benefits from the same obligations and under the same conditions.
