AssessFirst Personality Test

Duration: 45 minutes‍

This 45-minute personality test should be carried out in a quiet environment to ensure your concentration. It is designed to assess your compatibility with the profession targeted by the training program. A compatibility score of 50% or more is required to be retained in the program. Answer truthfully for an accurate assessment that reflects your potential.

Sending your documents

Lead time: up to 1 week after receipt of compatibility email‍

To finalize your registration, you must submit your CV and a portfolio* of your achievements (personal, professional or academic) in order to be declared eligible.

Once your compatibility with the target profession has been confirmed, you can make an appointment with our teaching team.

* Examples: showcase site, automation, database, AI agent, API integration, etc. These projects should enhance your technical skills and business understanding.

Interview with the teaching team

Duration: from a few days to several weeks

A 30-minute interview is organized with theAlegria.academy teaching team. The purpose of this discussion is to confirm your interest in our training program and to highlight its importance to your career plan.

Once you have been accepted, you will receive personalized personalized support (onboarding, coaching, mock interviews, etc.) to help you find your host company for a 12-month work-study program.
