If you have a portfolio illustrating your ideas or achievements, don't hesitate to send it to us - it will help us better understand your creativity. However, this is not a prerequisite: your motivation and desire to learn are what count most!

AssessFirst Personality Test
Duration: 45 minutes‍
This 45-minute personality test should be carried out in a quiet environment to ensure your concentration. It is designed to assess your compatibility with the profession targeted by the training program. A compatibility score of 50% or more is required to be retained in the program. Answer truthfully for an accurate assessment that reflects your potential.

Interview with the teaching team
Duration: 30 minutes‍
Once we have confirmed your suitability for the job in question, we organize a 30-minute interview with theAlegria.academy teaching team. The purpose of this discussion is to confirm your interest in our training program and to highlight its importance in your career plan.

Find your company
Duration: from a few days to several weeks
We'll help you find a company that will welcome you for your work-study program. This includes confirmation of a company that will take you on for your 12-month work-study program. If you haven't found a company yet, don't worry! We'll be happy to help you find a partner company that matches your career plan and will welcome you for your 12-month work-study program.

Motivation
If you're motivated and passionate about NoCode technologies and artificial intelligence, Alegria.academy is the place for you. We're looking for learners who are keen to learn and apply innovative and creative solutions to their projects.
Project pro
We are looking for learners who have a clear career plan and can demonstrate the relevance of their choice for training in Low Code/NoCode & AI technologies. Large corporations, start-ups/scale-ups, or SMEs, in marketing, sales or production teams, on permanent or freelance contracts... The opportunities are numerous, as are the profiles of our learners!
Reasoning
We assess candidates' reasoning skills using an online test. We are looking for learners who can analyze and solve problems effectively and creatively. Our training program is hands-on, and we'll give you the skills you need to solve complex problems using NoCode solutions and artificial intelligence.
Curiosity
We're looking for learners who are curious and eager to learn new things. We value candidates who have already tested Low Code/NoCode and artificial intelligence solutions and are excited by the possibilities they offer. We're convinced that curiosity and creativity are key to success in this constantly evolving field.
