Patrick Benayoun: An innovative entrepreneur in the age of Nocode & AI

A lifelong entrepreneur, he has founded several companies in the course of his career. His prolonged immersion in the real estate sector, where he was notably president of a network of Paris agencies, has given him in-depth knowledge of the challenges faced by professionals in the field.

Aware of the upheavals brought about by the arrival of AI, Patrick chose to pivot towards new horizons. Looking for a way to learn about new technologies, Patrick came across Alegria.academy's 30-hour NoCode & AI online training course. His goal? Set up his new project on his own. 💪

His background

At 56, Patrick Benayoun embodies the entrepreneurial spirit in all its facets. His story, punctuated by twists and turns and successes, reveals an indomitable temperament and an unquenchable thirst for learning and innovation.

Before diving into the world of NoCode and AI, Patrick explored a variety of professional horizons. It all began with a career in wealth management consulting, where he guided individuals in managing their finances and investments. But the need to reinvent himself soon became apparent. In 2005, he founded his own company, at the same time as developing a brokerage application to dematerialize mortgage applications. This was the turning point. The discovery of his true passion for IT development opened up new horizons.

His commitment doesn't stop there. He is fully committed to the training of future credit brokers, setting up innovative learning modules and welcoming trainees to his company. At the same time, he became president of a Paris real estate network, where he deployed his expertise and innovative ideas to modernize the sector.

Leads2keys, a revolutionary real estate geolocation application, was born, propelling him into the limelight. Leads2keys becomes a Microsoft partner and is used in the distribution of Microsoft Surface products. In 2021, it is awarded the Finance innovation label, a global competitiveness cluster for innovation. This creation is a testament to Patrick's visionary genius and his ability to constantly push back the boundaries of innovation!

But entrepreneurship is also about challenges and adaptation. Aware of the upheavals brought about by the arrival of AI, Patrick chose to pivot towards new horizons. Looking for a way to learn new technologies, Patrick came across Alegria.academy's 30-hour NoCode & AI online training course. It was obvious that he had to learn NoCode, which he describes as a revelation opening up new perspectives. 

His feelings about the training

Convinced of the power of NoCode and AI after attending a webinar given by Francis Lelong, CEO and co-founder ofAlegria.group, Patrick has put his heart and soul into training. 

In less than two months, he completed the course, becoming one of our most active community members! According to him, his project can finally take shape thanks to NoCode: "The challenges and case studies gave me a lot of ideas, I'd even say they opened up perspectives for my project." He adds that the Alegria. network community and its internal members contribute greatly to his success in training: "Many are dynamic and willing. It's important to have a community of people who can teach you and from whom you can also learn in return."

After obtaining his certificate, he set himself a new goal: to link his chosen field, real estate, with that of technology through NoCode & AI. 

How he uses NoCode and AI to make his project a reality

Keen to develop his new project, Learnup.click, a customer and ambassador management tool, Patrick decided to take matters into his own hands and learn for himself. "I've never been a developer; I've always paid people to do the work," he confides. As an ambassador for the LPGI community (Les Petits Génies de l'Immobilier), he plans to integrate the knowledge acquired during his training into the Alegria.group community, in order to improve real estate practices through digitalization.

Even after completing his training, Patrick's constant motivation continues to contribute to his acquisition of knowledge. His mantra? Just get up in the morning and ask yourself: 'What don't I know? To go and learn it!"

During his training, he decided to specialize in two tools in particular: Make and SoftR: "You don't even realize how powerful these tools are!" 

Patrick doesn't limit himself to NoCode tools to carry out his project, he also relies on AI: "As far as AI is concerned, I use it every day to help me develop my Learnup.click project and to optimize my role as ambassador for the little geniuses of real estate. I see OpenAI as 24-hour assistance, so I can carry out 360° strategies!"

Its cheat code

"My only cheat code for other community members would be: never stop testing!" For him, the essence of success lies in perseverance and continuous exploration. "During your training, you have to keep starting over to make sure you don't forget anything. Even after you've obtained your certificate, never stop challenging yourself and delving into the tools to continuously improve!" he confides with conviction.

His advice for those who want to get started

For those wishing to embark on the adventure of NoCode and AI, Patrick has some invaluable advice full of wisdom: don't hesitate to act now. "Get started right away. There are only 30 hours of training, which is nothing compared to the number of hours we spend thinking about what to do with our destiny!" he insists with conviction.

For him, taking the plunge is essential, even if it sometimes seems difficult. "The first step is the hardest to take," he adds, inviting everyone to take the plunge and overcome the obstacles you may face.

What next?

In his future projects, Patrick plans to bring a new dimension to Learnup.click. Speaking of his project, which will be released in early summer 2024, he promises a surprise for future users.
