Digital transformation with a multi-channel B2B & B2C strategy
Belveo designs durable parasols, pergolas and shading solutions using patented technology. This is a demanding market that depends on technological and climatic evolutions and must meet both aesthetic and functional customer needs.
Belveo wanted to implement a digitalization strategy to allow its teams to efficiently manage customer acquisition and orders: from inventory management and production to deliveries, while limiting the time spent on management tasks.
The site, historically created on Prestashop, required external interventions for each update of content or products.
The management of orders, stocks, supplies and deliveries to the warehouses was done by exchanging Excel files that were manually fed.
To meet the challenges of customer satisfaction and agility in order management, two complementary solutions have been created entirely in Nocode:
- Construction of a piloting tool to automate the follow-up of stocks and financial flows. To do this, a database was created on Airtable and connected directly to the e-commerce site in order to ensure the management of the purchasing process of the goods, the variations of stocks.
- E-commerce site redesign: A brand new site was built on Shopify to improve the user experience and allow administrators to update offers and manage the site independently. A BtoB space dedicated to pro customers has encouraged the entry of new B2B leads. Indeed, 2 to 3 times more professional profiles initiated order requests on the site, whereas the previous one was more focused on individual users.
