BlaBlaCar was looking to improve its users' experience by offering them accurate, real-time information on its bus schedules. The aim? Streamline travel, reduce uncertainty and offer total transparency to reassure passengers. A key challenge to guarantee a modern service that meets the growing expectations of its millions of users.

Solution
To meet BlaBlaCar's needs, our team designed a new page in the application using Webflow. This interface, powered by a custom API, retrieves and displays live bus arrival times. At the same time, users receive SMS text messages to track schedules in real time, making the travel experience more fluid and predictable. Thanks to Workato, data flows between internal and external systems have been precisely orchestrated, ensuring seamless integration and automatic updating of information. This solution reinforces travelers' confidence, while illustrating BlaBlaCar's commitment to innovation and constant improvement of its services.
